These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

This website is owned and operated by Siobhan Kay McMorran, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Products
All artworks listed on this site are described as accurately as possible. Each piece is handmade and may contain unique variations. Dimensions and colours may appear differently on screen.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and included in your total.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are only accepted once payment has been received in full. Available payment methods include debit/credit card (via Stripe) and PayPal. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at their discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details. All artworks are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit or not as described. You must contact the seller within 7 calendar days of receipt with photographs and details. If approved, the artwork must be returned within 14 calendar days in its original condition. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection.
No refunds or exchanges are provided for change-of-mind purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, artworks, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Siobhan Kay McMorran and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for delays outside their reasonable control, including postal service disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
